Katie is a lifelong Yuba-Sutter resident and has been with First American Title Company since 1990.

She has worked her way up from being a delivery driver, to typing preliminary title reports and title insurance policies, to performing title searches, to being an escrow officer's assistant to being an escrow officer. Along the way, she has trained and worked under some of the best escrow officers and managers in the business. In March of 2007, she became the manager of First American's Century Park office.

She does a great job of making the process of buying, selling, or refinancing a home as smooth and enjoyable as possible. She can answer almost any question a client has and is always happy to find the answers to questions she may not know. With her years of experience and training, she if often able to identify potential problems and solve them before they become issues.

Finally, she is very personable and has a reputation for working well with clients, agents, lenders and everyone else involved in the escrow process.
